• Startup Investments (Holding) Ltd to invest about ₹5 Cr in Bizcrum Infotech (Bijnis) by subscribing 23,683 Series B2 CCPS at ₹2,111.19/share in cash; post-investment Info Edge stake via SIHL expected at 20.12% fully diluted • Bijnis operates a B2B marketplace and quick commerce platform for footwear, apparel and allied fashion categories; FY26 turnover ₹113.89 Cr and PAT ₹44.04 Cr • SIHL may also make a secondary acquisition from an existing investor, subject to a definitive share purchase agreement within 90 days of primary closing
