• Graphite India acquired 7,78,575 equity shares of Godi India Private Limited at ₹754.05/share, including ₹744.05 premium • Total consideration was ₹58.71 Cr; application money of ₹200/share paid, balance call money payable as due • Stake in GIPL rose from 45.76% to 52.68% of increased paid-up capital post rights subscription • Graphite India subscribed to the rights issue of associate GIPL to the extent of its entitlement as an existing shareholder • GIPL is in R&D of supercapacitors and advanced battery materials; development stage with no commercial operations • GIPL FY26 turnover was ₹113.93 L with net loss of ₹14.05 Cr; shares allotted on 19.10.2026
