AERONEU : COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF 51.01% STAKE IN STILONN

• Company completed acquisition of aggregate 7,27,040 equity shares of Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited • Acquisition via purchase of equity shares from existing shareholders under Share Purchase Agreement and subscription to additional shares under Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement • Post-acquisition aggregate shareholding in Stilonn stands at 51.01% of issued and paid-up equity share capital • Stilonn has become a subsidiary of the Company • Acquisition part of Company's initiative in AI Infra and Data Centre sector to establish integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering solutions
