Planned succession effective April 1, 2027: Anish Ahuja (COO since Sept 1, 2026) becomes MD as Pralhad Bhutada's term ends March 31, 2027; Abhish Jain moves from Whirlpool India as CFO, replacing Nishant Hundiwala who resigned for personal reasons.
