DCB BANK : BOARD APPROVES RE-APPOINTMENT OF PRAVEEN KUTTY AS MD & CEO

Re-appointment for a further three years from April 29, 2027 to April 28, 2030, subject to RBI approval and subsequent shareholder approval. Kutty has served as MD & CEO since April 29, 2024 and has over 35 years of banking experience.
