JLHL : ACQUIRES PUNE LAND FOR RS 150 CR

• Board approved entering a sale agreement to acquire ~11,452.07 sq m land at Village Pune City (Bibvewadi), District Pune • Total consideration for the land acquisition is ₹150 Cr • The land is the same parcel where the company's South Pune hospital project is under development and was previously held under a lease arrangement • Seller is Jairaj Ventures and Holdings Private Limited; transaction does not fall under related party transaction purview • Board also approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary Holitti Private Limited with paid-up capital of ₹1 L
