RELAXO : ACQUIRES 26% STAKE IN CLEAN MAX MUOI SPV
• Acquired 2,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 26% of the paid-up equity share capital of Clean Max MUOI Private Limited (SPV) • Shares acquired from Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, promoter of the SPV • Acquisition is pursuant to arrangements previously disclosed for procurement of renewable energy under the group captive mechanism • Power to support the company's manufacturing facilities located in Haryana • Consequent to the acquisition, the SPV has become an associate of the company • No other changes to the disclosures made earlier under Regulation 30
