• Skipper remitted USD 19,560 towards investment in wholly owned subsidiary Skipper Latam Ltda, Brazil • Investment is within the Board-approved limit of USD 20,000 approved at the Board meeting held on 31 July 2025 • Due to forex rate fluctuations, the WOS actually received BRL 1,01,144.76, an excess of BRL 1,144.76 over the intimated share capital • Revised share capital of the WOS now stands at BRL 1,01,144.76 Impact: Neutral (Minor administrative update on an overseas WOS; no change to earnings or capital structure)
