• Board approved investment up to AED 4,00,000 (~₹1.05 Cr) in a wholly owned subsidiary to be incorporated in Dubai, UAE. • Proposed subsidiary named JK Global Trading FZ CO. or such other name approved by competent authorities. • Initial capital of up to AED 4,00,000 to be subscribed by JK Tyre via cash consideration. • Proposed entity to deal in automotive tyres, tubes, flaps and related products/activities. • JK Tyre will hold 100% shareholding; incorporation process to be initiated.
