• Allotted 1.10 Cr equity shares to Embassy Property Developments (promoter group) on conversion of 1,10,00,000 warrants at ₹111.51/share • Balance consideration of ₹91.99 Cr received, being 75% of the exercise price on the converted warrants • Promoter and promoter group holding rises to 43.13%; allottee stake up from 13.94% to 14.61% • 2,15,18,900 warrants remain outstanding, convertible on or before April 11, 2027 • Paid-up equity capital rises to ₹280.33 Cr comprising 1,40,16,33,433 shares of ₹2 each
