• Confirmation received from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited for PPAs aggregating 12 MW solar power • Comprises three solar projects of 4 MW each at three different locations • PPAs under Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023 with 25-year supply tenure • Estimated aggregate annual generation 231 lakh units at ₹2.76/unit; annual revenue ~₹6.38 Cr (₹637.56 lakh) • Power generation expected on or before March 20, 2028 for one project and March 23, 2028 for the other two • Aggregate confirmed UGVCL commitments now 40 MW across 10 plants; additional capacity under UGVCL consideration not included
