PFC : PFCCL INCORPORATES TWO TRANSMISSION SPVS AS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES

• PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC, incorporated two SPVs as its wholly owned subsidiaries • Solapur SEZ Power Transmission Ltd to build transmission system for evacuation of power from RE projects in Solapur SEZ (Phase-II: 2 GW) and network expansion to enable drawl from Solapur PS • Karur REZ Power Transmission Ltd for transmission system strengthening at Karur PS for integration of RE generation capacity • National Committee on Transmission (42nd meeting) nominated PFCCL as Bid Process Coordinator for these schemes under tariff based competitive bidding • SPVs will be transferred to the successful bidder after completion of the bidding process, who would develop the projects
