GESHIP : CONTRACTS TO BUY SECONDHAND VERY LARGE GAS CARRIER

• Company contracted on October 23, 2026 to buy a secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier of about 82,000 cbm • The 2015 built vessel is expected to join the fleet in Q3 FY27 • Acquisition to be financed entirely from internal accruals; purpose is fleet expansion • Current owned fleet 40 vessels (25 tankers incl 4 LPG carriers, 15 dry bulk carriers) aggregating 3.24 mn dwt • Current capacity utilisation is close to 100% • Also contracted to buy two secondhand Kamsarmax bulk carriers, expected to complete in Q3 FY27; new-building Suezmax tanker scheduled for H2 FY2028-29 delivery
