REC : INCORPORATES 3 WHOLLY OWNED TRANSMISSION SUBSIDIARIES VIA RECPDCL

Bikaner V Part C, Bikaner V Part D and YEIDA Power Transmission are new WOS of RECPDCL, each with paid-up capital of ₹5 L. Entities incorporated on October 23, 2026 as BPC vehicles for Rajasthan REZ Ph-IV (Bikaner V: 6GW) parts C and D and a 400/220 kV GIS substation at Sector-28 Yeida. All three are yet to commence business; no turnover or material deal value disclosed.
