• Material subsidiary Spice Money Ltd received in-principle authorisation from RBI to operate as Payment Aggregator-Physical (PA-P) • Authorisation under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 • In-principle nod subject to fulfilment of RBI-specified conditions within the stipulated timeline, post which final authorisation will be granted • Company says the authorisation will help Spice Money scale-up revenue by expanding and leveraging its merchant network • Intimation received by email dated October 23, 2026
