ASHOKA : RECEIVES PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE FOR NHAI HAM PROJECT

• Declares October 13, 2026 as Commercial Operation Date for a 4.221 km stretch, per Independent Engineer letter dated October 23, 2026 • Provisional certificate covers total length of 47.196 km in aggregate (revised after de-scoping) for the project • Earlier CoDs: 39.050 km from October 17, 2023 and 3.925 km from October 15, 2024 • Project is four-laning of Tumkur-Shivamogga section of NH-206 (Package-III) in Karnataka under Bharatmala Pariyojana on HAM • Executed by SPV Ashoka Banwara Bettadahalli Road Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary • SPV eligible for annuity payments from NHAI over 15-year operation period at 6-month intervals from first CoD (October 17, 2023)
