Board of Next Generation Manufacturers, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary, approved B S R & Co. LLP as statutory auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. M.S. Barmecha & Co. resigned as existing statutory auditor; appointment of Mrs. Ruchika Bansal as non-executive independent director for five years also approved.
