KPIL : LMG IPO GREEN SHOE OPTION EXERCISED; KPTS STAKE NOW 66.45%

• Over-allotment option for Linjemontage i Grästorp AB (LMG) partly exercised for 1,877,911 shares on Nasdaq Stockholm • Unexercised 268,832 shares returned to Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden AB (KPTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of KPIL • KPTS shareholding in LMG now 66.45%, comprising 34,042,919 shares • Offering size 14,311,620 shares at offer price SEK 46; stabilisation period ended, no further stabilisation measures • Stabilisation transactions were done between 25 and 30 September 2026 at SEK 46.00 per share • LMG FY26 net sales SEK 3,225 million, adjusted EBITA SEK 245 million (7.6% margin), order book SEK 4,349 million as of 30 June 2026
