• Over-allotment/green shoe option partly exercised for 1,877,911 shares; unexercised 268,832 shares returned to Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden AB (KPTS) • KPTS shareholding in Linjemontage i Grästorp AB (LMG) to stand at 66.45%, comprising 34,042,919 shares • Offering size was 14,311,620 shares at an offer price of 46 SEK; over-allotment option was 2,146,743 shares • Stabilisation period has ended; no further stabilisation measures will be conducted • LMG is a first level step-down material subsidiary of KPIL; shares trade on Nasdaq Stockholm under ticker LMGAB
