• Board approved investment in proposed company V.Indus Silicone Technologies Private Limited • Vahh will subscribe to 50% of paid-up capital, or 50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each • Investment is ₹5 L in cash consideration • Proposed company will be incorporated in India and Vahh will hold 50% • Business covers silicone products including polymers, compounds, fluids, oils, gels, emulsions, resins, rubbers and elastomers
