JK CEMENT : TO SET UP 75,000 KLPA PAINT PLANT WORTH RS 130 CR

• Wholly owned subsidiary JK Maxx Paints to set up new water-based paint plant at Raghunadhapalem, Suryapet District, Telangana • Estimated capital cost ₹130 Cr, funded within the ₹600 Cr paints business investment already approved by the board • JK Maxx currently has 73,000 KLPA capacity at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, with utilisation rate of 60% • New plant expected to be commissioned in about 12 months from start of construction • Existing Bhiwadi facility projected to reach full utilisation by FY2027-28
