• Buyback of up to 87,50,000 equity shares at ₹320/share, representing 5% of existing paid-up capital • Aggregate buyback size up to ₹280 Cr, excluding transaction costs • Record date October 22, 2026; tender window October 27 to November 2, 2026 • Promoters and promoter group will not participate; their stake may rise to 63.41% post-buyback from 60.24% assuming full acceptance
