LUMAX AUTO TECH Q2 ; Co Setting up of a new Mechatronics manufacturing facility of the Company at Manesar, Haryana with a capital outlay of around Rs. 150 Crores.

This project will cater to the requirement for Electronic Components including Body Control Module, etc. for leading OEMs. The Capex will be funded by mix of Debt and internal accruals. The peak annualized turnover is expected to the tune of around Rs. 500 Crores post commissioning. The Project is expected to be commissioned in 2 phases starting 03 FY 2028.
