MELSTAR : SIGNS RS 20 CR MOU FOR MAINTENANCE TRAINING FACILITY IN AP

• Wholly owned subsidiary Melstarr Aviations Tech Pvt Ltd signed MoU with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board on October 23, 2026 • Proposed project investment of approximately ₹20 crore at Orvakal, Kurnool District, with land requirement of 5 acres • Project expected to generate about 25 direct and 25 indirect employment opportunities in auxiliary industries • MoU valid for 12 months from signing; expressly non-binding and confers no legally enforceable rights • Actual land allotment, incentives and benefits subject to government policies, prescribed process and requisite approvals • MATPL to contribute investment, technology, planning, design and equipment for the facility
