• Contract agreement signed with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for EPC work in existing NMDC Township, Bacheli, Chhattisgarh • Scope covers 15 Type-III residential towers (600 units), 1 Type-IV tower (40 units), 1 Type-V tower (30 units), 1 HOP Type-VII bungalow, shopping complex & cafeteria and associated external development works • Total contract price is ₹588.57 Cr (approx.), inclusive of GST • Construction period within 30 months from appointed date; defect liability period 12 months from completion • Domestic order; no promoter/promoter group interest and not a related party transaction
