• Board approved via circulation on October 24, 2026 the proposal to rename Raymond Limited as Raymond Aerospace, Defence & Engineering Limited • Change subject to members' approval by special resolution, central government (RoC/CPC) and stock exchange approvals under Regulation 45 • Consequential alteration of Clause I (Name Clause) of the MOA and substitution of name in relevant AOA clauses also approved • Renaming signals a repositioning of the listed entity around aerospace, defence and engineering businesses
