SEPC : SEVEN JHARKHAND WATER SUPPLY CONTRACTS RESCINDED

• Company received hard copies of intimations from Executive Engineers, Drinking Water and Sanitation Divisions, rescinding agreements for seven ongoing rural water supply projects • Projects were originally awarded by the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Government of Jharkhand, intimated via announcements from February 2016 to December 2023 • Company is evaluating appropriate remedies including invocation of dispute resolution mechanisms and legal arbitration • Steps being taken to protect the financial and legal interests of the Company • Any material developments will be disclosed to the stock exchanges under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
