• Bank completed migration from its existing core banking system to Oracle FLEXCUBE on October 26, 2026 • Migration included upgrade and implementation of various business applications, data centre and allied applications • Aimed at strengthening technology architecture, operational efficiency, system resilience and scalability, plus risk management and regulatory compliance • Banking services have been restored and are available to customers following completion • Bank continues to closely monitor performance and stability of the new system
