• Received letters of intent from JSW Motors Limited for new JSW cars dealerships in Ahmedabad and Bhopal • Dealerships to be established in one of the wholly owned subsidiaries of Landmark Cars • Plans 5 new outlets: 2 showrooms and 1 workshop in South Ahmedabad, 1 showroom and 1 workshop in Bhopal • JSW Motors is entering India's passenger vehicle market as an independent brand, distinct from JSW MG Motor India • JSW Motors is setting up a new energy vehicle plant at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar; vehicle sales expected from the next financial quarter • Aims to expand OEM partnerships and deepen presence in existing markets to lift network productivity
