BIGBLOC : MATERIAL SUBSIDIARY BBEL BOARD APPROVES IPO
• Board of material subsidiary Bigbloc Building Elements Limited approved in principle raising funds through an IPO of its equity shares • IPO subject to BBEL shareholder approval, regulatory approvals including SEBI and stock exchanges, and market conditions • Size, structure, price, timing and other IPO terms to be decided by BBEL in due course • BBEL is the surviving entity after amalgamation of Starbigbloc Building Material Limited into BBEL, sanctioned by order dated 28 April 2026 • BBEL converted from private limited to public limited company effective 17 August 2026 • Post the proposed IPO, BBEL will continue to be a subsidiary of Bigbloc Construction
