SHANTIGEAR Q2 : STANDALONE PBT DOWN 29.6% AT RS 20.20 CR (YOY), ORDER BOOKING RS 20.2 CR
• Revenue down 3.0% at ₹127.98 Cr (YoY). • PBT down 29.6% at ₹20.20 Cr (YoY). • Highest-ever order booking of ₹192 Cr in Q2 FY27, up 37% YoY; unexecuted order book ₹436 Cr as on Sep 30, 2026. • ROIC 25%; negative free cash flow of ₹1.3 Cr in Q2 FY27. Impact: Q2 earnings weakened with revenue down 3.0% and PBT down 29.6%, offset by highest-ever ₹192 Cr order booking and ₹436 Cr unexecuted order book; free cash flow was negative ₹1.3 Cr.
