• Received rate contract from Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL) dated 23 October 2026 for supply of 11 kV Auto Reclosers with accessories, configuration, testing, commissioning and integration • Scope covers SITC of 11 kV Auto Reclosers for the Distribution Automation System, including M2M, modems, IPsec tunnel validation, data exchange and signal simulation of DI/DO/analogue points up to ADMS end • Target contract value at ₹3,16,48,082 (~₹3.16 Cr), subject to applicable taxes as per contract terms • Contract validity from 24 October 2026 to 23 October 2027; release orders to be issued by Tata Power-DDL as and when required • Awarding entity is a domestic entity; no promoter/group interest and not a related party transaction
