E2E NETWORKS : TO ADD 5.4 MW CAPACITY FOR NVIDIA B300 GPUS

• Existing capacity at ~9.2 MW, currently used for GPU cloud infrastructure and AI-related services • Proposed addition of ~5.4 MW dedicated to NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and other Blackwell GPUs • Investment amount to depend on actual deployment of the proposed infrastructure and associated capex • Mode of financing: a mix of internal accruals and debt • Rationale: additional capacity to help cater to fast-growing demand for GPUs and other services • Capacity addition to be undertaken per the company's infrastructure deployment plan and anticipated AI computing demand
