• QIP: 1.08 Cr equity shares allotted at ₹1,202/share, aggregating ₹1,300 Cr. • Q2 net profit turnaround at ₹1.26 Cr YoY; revenue up 62.9% YoY to ₹1,464.24 Cr. • Board approved 75,000 units p.a. Hosur capacity (up to ₹58 Cr) and 150,000 units p.a. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar capacity (up to ₹64 Cr); 79.36 lakh warrants at ₹1,260 each aggregating ₹1,000 Cr.
