POONAWALLA : TO ISSUE NCDS WORTH RS 2000 CR
• Finance Committee approved issue of 2,00,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed NCDs of face value ₹1,00,000 each via private placement • Series ZCB G1 FY 2026-27: up to ₹1,250 Cr, base issue ₹750 Cr plus green shoe option up to ₹500 Cr • Series G2 FY 2026-27: up to ₹750 Cr, base issue ₹250 Cr plus green shoe option up to ₹500 Cr • NCDs proposed to be listed on BSE; secured by first ranking pari passu charge on hypothecated properties • Extra 2% coupon payable for delay in interest/principal payment beyond three months from due date Impact: Neutral (₹2,000 Cr private placement of secured NCDs adds to borrowings; coupon, tenor and allotment details yet in key information document)
