HEGAM : RIJU JHUNJHUNWALA APPOINTED CHAIRMAN OF MALANA POWER AND AD HYDROPOWER (PROCEDURAL)

Boards of MPCL and ADHPL approved the appointment on October 26, 2026, subject to approval of the Board of HEG Advanced Materials Limited. Ravi Jhunjhunwala continues as MD of MPCL and remains on both Boards; MPCL operates the 86 MW Malana project, ADHPL the 192 MW Allain Duhangan project.
