• Launches International Parcel Connect, a B2C cross-border parcel service, starting with eligible shipments from India to the United States • Targets e-commerce businesses, D2C brands, marketplace sellers, SMEs and growing exporters • Powered by DHL eCommerce; offers Standard and Expedited delivery options with shipment visibility • Supports eligible B2C parcels of 50 g to 11 kg across apparel, auto spares, books, handicrafts, imitation jewellery and rugs • India's B2C e-commerce exports estimated at around US$2 billion, per company citing its Chief Commercial Officer • Plans to progressively extend the service to the UK, EU countries, Canada and Australia
