• ICICI Prudential Real Estate Development Fund, a Category II AIF managed by ICICI Prudential AMC, to invest ₹210 Cr • Raymond Realty and the fund, as financial investor, to jointly invest in Ten X Realty West Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, for redevelopment of a project in the MMR region • Capital infusion to accelerate asset-light expansion and high-value project delivery across premium Mumbai micro-markets • Total portfolio now ~₹52,000 Cr in GDV; JDA portfolio at eight projects with combined revenue potential of ~₹27,000 Cr (~52% of overall GDV)
