BGR ENERGY : BOARD APPROVES AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE TO RS 400 CR

Authorised capital raised from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr (40 Cr equity shares of ₹10 each), subject to shareholder approval. Board appointed Ram Naresh Singh Tomar as Additional Director in the category of Whole-Time Director for five years from 26 October 2026. Harish Gupta appointed President – Finance and Strategy as Senior Management Personnel with effect from 26 October 2026.
