BGR ENERGY : BOARD APPROVES WTD APPOINTMENT, AUTHORISED CAPITAL HIKED TO RS 400 CR

• Authorised share capital to rise from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr (40 Cr equity shares of ₹10 each), subject to shareholder approval. • Ram Naresh Singh Tomar appointed Additional Director in Whole-Time Director category for five years from 26 October 2026. • Harish Gupta appointed President – Finance and Strategy (senior management personnel) with effect from 26 October 2026.
