• Equity shareholders will vote on the scheme of amalgamation of Planetfirst Green into POCL; remote e-voting runs Nov 24 to Nov 26, with cut-off Nov 20. • Swap ratio fixed at 13 POCL shares per 100 PGPL equity shares and 5 shares per 100 preference shares; appointed date April 1, 2026. • Transferor is a lead recycling and refining unit with a Surat, Gujarat plant; merger adds Western India footprint and vertical integration.
