ISRAEL DENIES PLANS TO ESCALATE IRAN CONFLICT BEFORE ELECTIONS

Netanyahu's office rejected reports of a potential military escalation against Iran ahead of Israel's elections. Defense Minister Israel Katz denied any intention to initiate an attack but warned Israel would respond to further Iranian strikes. Meanwhile, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey are pursuing diplomatic efforts to prevent renewed fighting.
