• Sun Drops Energia Limited (SDEL), subsidiary of KPI Green Energy, incorporated KPGC Four and KPGC Five on October 26, 2026 • Both entities are 100% held by SDEL and have become step-down subsidiaries of KPI Green • Authorised and subscribed capital ₹1 L each (10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each); cash consideration ₹1 L per company • Turnover nil, as both companies are yet to commence business operations • Objects cover generation, storage, transmission, distribution and supply of power from solar, wind, hydro, biomass and thermal sources, plus owning and operating power plants and energy storage systems • Both registered with ROC Ahmedabad, with presence in India
