Revenue up 5.9% at ₹129.47 Cr (YOY), up 10.4% (QOQ). Net loss narrowed to ₹63.51 Cr from ₹74.01 Cr (YOY) and ₹81.88 Cr (QOQ). Board approved raising up to ₹800 Cr via unsecured, non-convertible perpetual debentures at 9% p.a. cumulative. Issue size up to 80,000 debentures of ₹1,00,000 face value each.
