TARIL : TO INVEST RS 1,250 CR IN THREE GREENFIELD PLANTS AT CHIYADA

• Three greenfield manufacturing plants at Chiyada, Gujarat, to make bushings (OIP, RIP, RIF up to 800 kV), pressboard & insulation materials and CTC • Plants to be housed under a wholly owned consolidated ancillary subsidiary of TARIL • Construction commenced December 2025; commercial operations expected in Q1 FY2027-28 • Facilities expected to generate annual revenue potential of approximately ₹2,000 Cr • Expected to create more than 1,000 direct jobs across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality and R&D
