• Board approved incorporation of 'Osamu Suzuki Centre of Excellence (OSCOE) Foundation' as a wholly owned subsidiary • To be set up as a not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 in India • Purpose: promote vocational and technical skills, including Japanese manufacturing philosophies and teachings of Mr Osamu Suzuki • Activities to be undertaken as part of CSR under Section 135 read with Schedule VII • 100% subscription to initial paid-up capital in cash at ₹1 L (10,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each) • Incorporation subject to approval of the Registrar of Companies
