• NSE in-principle approval for issue of up to 28,09,70,000 fully paid equity shares at ₹2.60/share, aggregating ~₹73.05 Cr • Approval also covers up to 14,50,00,000 convertible warrants at ₹2.60/share, aggregating ~₹37.70 Cr • Combined preferential issue size ~₹110.75 Cr; face value ₹1 with premium of ₹1.60 per share • Approval letter NSE/LIST/57435 dated October 26, 2026, subject to listing application and statutory approvals • NSE has asked the company to obtain allottee undertakings against intra-day trading till the allotment date
