• New business award for supply of YM3 & YU0 HVAC Assembly from Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) • Approximate value of the award is ₹1,225 Cr, spread over the total life cycle of the model for about seven years • Execution over approx. seven years commencing from respective start of production as per customer milestone • Domestic order under the existing Basic Purchase Agreement with MSIL • Award to enhance the company's presence and business growth in the western region and strengthen its long-standing MSIL relationship
