REKVINA : SUBSIDIARY PLANT TO SHUT FROM OCT 28 FOR UPGRADE, NEW VIAL LINE
• Wholly owned subsidiary Radiant Parenterals Limited proposes to temporarily shut its manufacturing facility with effect from October 28, 2026 • Shutdown is to undertake renovation and upgradation works and install an additional vial manufacturing line • Company will take necessary measures to ensure timely completion of the project • Exchanges to be updated once operations at the facility resume Impact: Neutral (near-term production halt at the subsidiary's plant is offset by upgradation and added vial manufacturing capacity)
