• Company on 27 October 2026 signed Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreements with Amplus Energy Solutions Pte Ltd and the three investee companies • Investees are Amplus Green One Power, Amplus Energy One and Amplus Ceres Solar • Investment is for a minimum 26% stake under the Group Captive Scheme, as approved by the Board on 10 August 2026 • Power Purchase Agreements also executed between LMEL and each of the three solar entities • Move secures captive renewable power tie-up for the company's operations
